Ultralite 500, known as the 'Roof-in-a-box', offers a cost effective, lightweight, thermally efficient conservatory roofing system. The system has a standard wall-plate which allows effective ventilation: this helps to keep the conservatory cooler in the summer, and also assists in reducing the onset of condensation in the winter.

It also has excellent light transmission properties, can span upto 4.0m without any support purlin, and (with the optional uPVC firrings) can be installed as low as a 2.5º pitch, which is particularly applicable for bungalows or awkward shaped dwellings.

The system is available in 2.0m, 2.5m, 3.0m, 3.5m, 4.0m, 5.0m, and 6.0m panel pack lengths (for roofs over 4.0m, a support purlin is required). Complete roofs can be supplied to order with a combination of options available to be included:

• Flowline Gutter
• Classic Gutter
• Firrings
• Flowline Gutter with Firrings
• Classic Gutter with Firrings

Also available are two models of Roof Vent, which can be operated manually or electronically.

The entire system is also available in either White or Brown.
